We had our annual termite inspection today. I just wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how satisfied appreciative we have been with service from Thomas Pest. In addition to being thorough, Johnathan made the effort to explain exactly what he looks for, and gave us pointers on what to look for and explained what can be done to reduce the risk of bugs. And, as usual, he emphasized that if we ever had a problem between scheduled treatments to be sure to call. By coincidence, another pest control company was going up and down our block this afternoon knocking on doors looking for business. They did not stand a chance when they got to our house! The man who visited our apartment today was so incredibly thorough and professional. He asked me about my concerns and was very informative, patient and understanding with treating the apartment. He sprayed everywhere and told me that it may take 3 days for the chemical to fully develop...then offered to come back if I needed anything else in the future. He then proceeded to do an exceptional job, and afterwards, Josh pointed out some things I can do in order to help keep the bugs at bay.
